I built SquadDeck because I was tired of filling shifts by group text.
I'm Joseph Wolf, an EMT in Jersey City, New Jersey, with a background in EMS supervision, training and workforce operations. SquadDeck is built around how squads actually run: 12- and 24-hour rotations, volunteers with day jobs, and officers who do the admin on their own time.
